Refund Policy

1. Evaluation Window

If this is your first paid Airtight subscription, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your initial charge. No questions asked. Contact [email protected] with your account email and we will process the refund promptly.

3. One-Off Add-On Modules (SMSF / Trust / Payroll)

Optional add-on modules are offered as one-off charges. These are refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided the service has not been delivered or materially used (e.g., a payroll run has not been processed, an SMSF report has not been generated). Once the module service has been delivered, no refund applies.

4. Billing Errors

If you have been charged in error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount, or charge after cancellation), contact us immediately at [email protected]. Verified billing errors will receive a full refund of the erroneous charge.

5. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Carve-Out

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection legislation. If the platform fails to meet a consumer guarantee under ACL, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement as applicable.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

All refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days. Airtight payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd acting as Merchant of Record — your card statement may reference Paddle.
