Books that scale
without scaling you.
SMEs of one to two hundred staff. Multi-entity, multi-currency, one ledger underneath it all. Ask Bella to draft payroll checks, month-end journals and R&DTI preparation. You approve, and you handle growth.
A signed receipt on every posted entry.
One platform, one ledger,
every function a growing
business actually runs.
Multi-entity consolidation
Parent and subsidiary entities in one ledger, with intercompany eliminations and a consolidated P&L. Consolidation refuses to mix currencies.
Payroll — AU pay runs and STP records
AU pay runs with PAYG, super, payslips by email and an ABA bank file. STP events are recorded here and reported by you or your agent. NZ payroll is not built yet.
Inventory
Stock in and out across locations, with cost methods. Inventory posts to the ledger once you map the inventory accounts in Settings.
GCC e-invoice preparation
Prepare ZATCA (KSA), Bahrain NBR, Oman Fawtara and UAE Peppol e-invoices from an invoice. Airtight signs and stores them; it does not send them to the authority.
R&DTI claim preparation
Airtight suggests classifications of eligible expenditure, links evidence and prepares the Schedule data. Your registered tax agent reviews, approves, and lodges — through their own ATO Online Services. No agent? Browse the partner directory; Airtight takes no fee.
Multi-currency
Foreign-currency invoices and bills with ECB exchange rates and unrealised FX revaluation. Reports do not convert currencies yet.
Project + job profitability
Time, expenses and invoices by project, so you can see which projects earn and which bleed.
Ask Bella at month-end
Ask Bella to draft accrual and prepayment journals and run depreciation. Each change appears as an approval card; nothing posts until you approve it.
From Xero
to Airtight.
Imported journals stay as drafts until you post them. Opening balances are not imported: you enter them as a journal dated at your conversion date.
Bring your history across
Connect Xero directly, or upload CSV exports from Xero, QuickBooks and MYOB. Journals import as drafts until you post them, and the checks show what was and was not imported.
Connect payments and banks
Import bank statements as CSV or OFX, connect Australian banks through open banking where it is enabled, and accept card payments with Stripe.
Ask Bella, then approve
Ask for reconciliation help, categorisation suggestions, anomaly scans and draft month-end journals. You approve; your registered tax agent reviews and lodges the regulated filings.
Founder + Bella. R&DTI prep from day one — your tax agent reviews and lodges.
Multi-entity, payroll, inventory, live.
Consolidation, FX rates, audit trail.
Parent and subsidiary entities in one ledger. Intercompany eliminations.
Islamic finance? She'll keep up. Murabaha and Ijara contracts can be recorded alongside conventional loans — same ledger, same receipts, no theological side-quest.
